Welcome to my site and "The Franco Files". Here you will find something about me and what I am about.
Various photographic exhibitions will tell you that I am, and have been for the past 24 years, a keen amateur photographer.
I have also been known to dabble in watercolours and on the odd occasion had flirtatious encounters with literature.
As a career, I have been in the restaurant business for most of my life and I like to believe that this is what I do best.
